Tottenham ex player, Emmanuel Adebayor, has shared a new photo via Instagram flaunting his perfectly tight abs.

The Real Madrid and Arsenal player has reportedly been working out with a personal fitness trainer in Togo and Ghana in a bid to get back in shape.

The footballer is said to be in the middle of a switch in football clubs, and hopes the workout would bag his a new contract.
