Wizkid continues his world tour in
Cameroon and Senegal after taking a break and vacating at his Los
Angeles home in California, United States of America.
During his vacation, Wizkid shared pictures of him in
the studio with Jidenna the ‘Classic man’ crooner, which suggests a
very likely collaboration in the works between the pair.
The
Nigerian-American recording artist had earlier revealed in an interview
with Billboard that he loves Wizkid’s songs and production team.
The
pop star singer recently signed a U.S based DJ, DJ Tunez to his record
label, who now joins producer Maleek Berry and singer LAX as label
mates. The DJ accompanied Wizkid to his recent Club Blu Rotterdam
Amsterdam concert in Holland.
The second phase of his tour kicked off with Cameroon
and Senegal where the excited Cameroonian crowd filled to a 20,000
capacity arena defied the rain, revelling in the music and sound of
Wizkid.
“Last night!! 20k came to see the kid! We were all in the rain on our own wave! Love u so much Cameroon!!” the star singer wrote on his Instagram page.
In Senegal, the ‘Baba nla’ singer also met with much love and acceptance, with him sharing a video clip that said “Came from nothing! God see what u’ve done!! thank u Senegal for making me feel at home! Best one yet!!”
The pop singer is to visit Malaysia, Freetown, Zambia and more countries in the weeks to come.
