Ibinabo Febrisima granted bail by the Court of Appeal.

In its ruling, the Appeal court sitting in Lagos,said it was granting the actress bail pending the determination of an appeal filed by her at the Supreme court. The 5-year jail sentence for Ibinabo, who allegedly caused the death of a Lagos-based doctor, Giwa Suraj, in an accident, was recently upheld by the Court of Appeal in Lagos
